Greeting all. This is Wilberforce Samson Luwago from Tanzania, East Africa. I am composing this to give out a brief testimony regarding my trip to India and the wonderful hospitality displayed by Madam Ruchi who has been coordinating my six days stay in New Delhi and India at large. This began as an official visit where I had to attend training coordinated by the Indian Judicial Academy in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, held between 23 to 29 of August, 2026. Before I left my country, I thought of using my trip to India as also a means that would enable me to do medical check ups. This made me look for a person in Tanzania who knows better of Indian medical services, thus requesting Dr. Kingu Saidi Mtemi to refer me to a person who would lead me here in India. This is how I was introduced to Madam Ruchi. While still in Bhopal I had to figure out if I would be having enough time for me to undergo some medical checks while on my way back to Tanzania. Madam Ruchi encouraged me to use this training opportunity to also attend a medical check up which, if done, would avoid me using more cost to create another trip solely for medical attention. My decision to take her piece of advice has never been a regret! Her tireless efforts to ensure that I am well received at the Delhi Airport, wonderful preparation at the Guest House, her constant efforts in serving me at PARAS was exceedingly enormous! That has made me feel like I have the whole family here in Delhi taking care of me at a maximum level. Madam Ruchi has given me a reason why I should choose Paras or wherever she works as her presence will make me feel better even before I could take the medical treatment itself. On behalf of my entire family and myself, I am overwhelmed by Ruchi's hospitality and for sure I felt being at home for the whole six days stay here in Delhi. May Almighty God continue to pour countless blessings on her.
